Learn and Earn with GEMs
Have you ever wondered why student credits in High School or University disappear the moment you leave? We have too. That’s like getting air miles on a flight, and they expire the moment you leave the plane. That’s why Genius learning earns you GEMs.
GEMs are “Genius Education Merits”. Think of them as air miles for education. You earn GEMs at every step of your Genius Journey, and you can then redeem your GEMs for products, services and certifications within Genius Academy.
GEMs are awarded for every C.L.E.A.R. step you take
While traditional education is based on ‘academic’ learning, where you learn theory through textbooks, Genius learning is based on ‘practical’ learning, where you learn practice through your Genius Journey. After all, you can’t learn to ride a bike, fly a plane or run a business by just reading a book – You need to learn by doing.
The Genius Code is our gamified learning system which rewards you for every C.L.E.A.R. step you take on your Genius Journey – that means every step in which you Connect, Learn, Earn, Act or Review.
How much is a GEM worth?
Every GEM is equal in value to one Satoshi. There are 100 million Satoshis in one Bitcoin, which means if one Bitcoin is worth US$100,000, every 1,000 GEMs is worth one US dollar. Today, when you take a 40 minute microcourse, you receive the equivalent of $10. When you take our free Genius Test, you receive the equivalent of $50. You can earn GEMs worth thousands of dollars just by learning on Genius Academy, and then redeem those GEMs for products, services and certifications.
We update the GEMs we reward every month based on the value of Bitcoin. Why Bitcoin? Because we believe Bitcoin is the digital money of the future. Over the last decade, as government money falls in value, Bitcoin has been growing by over 50% in value every year. This means the GEMs you earn now will grow in value. It pays to learn more, to learn sooner and to show up, step up and give back within our Genius community.
Become a member to receive and redeem GEMs
When you join as a member, you can begin to track the GEMs you receive, and see the opportunities to redeem your GEMs. Joining as a PLAY member is free, and gives you a GEM account you will see on your profile.
When you join as a PLUS or PRO member, you will see that the GEMs you receive will increase, your rewards will grow, and the ways you can redeem your GEMs also grows. Just as an airline rewards your travel with air miles, Genius rewards your learning with GEMs.
What can I redeem GEMs for?
Once you begin earning GEMs as a member, you will see that all of the paid courses, products, services and certifications on Genius Group can be paid for partly in GEMs (and often fully in GEMs). We encourage all of our mentors and partners to also accept GEMs for part payment of their mentoring and products.
We are launching our Genius City model in which GEMs can be used to pay for food, accommodation and everyday expenses. Imagine a future world where you don’t need to ‘earn a living’, but one in which you are rewarded simply for becoming a better human through how you give and grow. PLAY Member (Free)
Join as a PLAY Member to receive and redeem your GEMs. When you join PLAY, you get access to your personal Genius profile, access to Genius Code tests and tools, your GEMs dashboard, the Genius Newsletter and special Genius rewards. All for free.
PLUS Member ($470 per year)
Join as a PLUS Member to connect to our global community. When you join PLUS, you receive all PLAY privileges plus bonus GEMs at the end of each month worth 50% of the GEMs you earned in the month. Get guidance on your Genius Journey, with a navigation call with our Genius Igniters. We will connect you to our global Genius community, with recommendations to connect to the mentors and members in your area.
Be a part of the global conversation with access to our PLUS group on Genius Academy, with additional tools, opportunities and invitation to live events with our mentors and early access to new Microcourse launches. PLUS also unlocks all Premium Experiences with in-person Genius retreats, workshops and mentoring.
When you join as a PLUS Member, you automatically receive 1,000,000 GEMs to your account, worth US$1,000.
PRO Member ($1,470 per year)
Join as a PLAY Member to receive and redeem your GEMs. When you join PLAY, you get access to your personal Genius profile, access to Genius Code tests and tools, your GEMs dashboard, the Genius Newsletter and special Genius rewards. All for free.
As a PRO Member, you also have the opportunity to add your own Microcourses, programs and products to Genius Academy, and to join the GEMs reward program, offering the opportunity for Genius members to earn and redeem GEMs on your products and services.
When you join as a PRO Member, you automatically receive 3,000,000 GEMs to your account, worth US$3,000.
